While we meticulously inspect every item before shipping, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. This policy outlines our straightforward process to ensure your satisfaction.
Our Return Commitment
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. All returns require prior authorization.
Non-Returnable Items:
- DVDs & Digital Content (once opened or accessed)
- Custom or Special Order Items (including personalized fly tying furniture)
- Used or Damaged Products (unless received in such condition)
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email our San Diego team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package Securely: Use original packaging whenever possible. For rods, use the crush-proof tube they arrived in.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our San Diego headquarters at your expense (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating your desired exchange item. We’ll process exchanges once we receive the original item.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Appearance in Your Account: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian regions):
