Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your shipping method:
  • Standard Express ($12.95): 10-15 days after shipping via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after shipping via EMS
Real-time tracking is provided for all orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally, though some remote areas (particularly islands and mountain regions) may incur additional surcharges. Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to certain parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.
How are fly rods packaged for shipping?
All fly rods ship in crush-proof tubes at no extra charge – part of our commitment to getting your gear to you in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns on all unused gear (excluding custom-tied flies). Simply email [email protected] with your order number to initiate the process.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
While we take every precaution with our Guide-Approved Packing Protocol, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
